Escape Game – Late for Work

Wheee, busy busy, haven’t posted anything for awhile.

Anyway, today I have the pleasure of posting the first game to be posted to this site.

This is an “Escape Game”, which is a genre that (I believe) started in Japan.

The basic premise of this type of game is that you are stuck somewhere (often in a single room) and must try to get out (or “escape”). Some of the original games in this genre actually had a “you have been captured by a madman and must escape before he comes to kill you” sort of theme, but there have been many variations to the genre lately.

This is one of those variations. It’s a cute short game made by “Oshiro no Shiro”, originally offered only in Japanese, I provided the translation for an English version which is now available at the address below.

If you have any questions or comments, or find any bugs or errors with the game feel free to leave a comment below.

You can find Oshiro no Shiro’s other games (only in Japanese at the moment, if there are others you’d like to see translated leave a comment and let me know) at this address.

Help! I just tried a couple of “osironosiro”‘s games on EscapeGames24, and they’re all wonderful — what a mind and sense of humour! But I’ve been working on this one (Late for Work) for about an hour now, and I’m stuck! Even though I finally found the work key, I lose my house key immediately, no matter what, and don’t know how to leave!

Any chance of a walkthrough, or hints???
